  Cockpit & "Lounge Area"

Here's the galley & saloon if you want to hang out inside...yeah, it's air conditioned! (3 A/C's)

  Starboard Side Underway

       Here's the saloon!

          Port Side, underway

Yeah...paradise...

Oh...and some pics from my last trip:

Just off Necker Island (Yeah...Sir Richard Branson's Island)

LOOK at the size of that lobster...and yes "Sir, here's an extra one we made for you".  I couldn't even eat it all, so the next morning we had lobster omelettes!

Yeah...that's REALLY the water...and guess what...the pic doesn't do it justice!

Just outside the caves at Norman Island (aka Treasure Island)

Forget a hotel conference room, you could be learning here!!!

Here's the details:

Cost is $3,000 Per CABIN (can sleep 2.. and this is a huge discounted rate!)

THAT'S A TOTAL OF 9 NIGHTS PLUS A GOOD AMT OF FOOD FOR A SUPER CHEAP AMOUNT!!

(1st Night at Dockside, 7 nights sailing, Last Night at Hotel)

INCLUDES PROVISIONING (FOOD) - A weeks worth of breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and about half a weeks worth of dinners (we'll want to eat on the islands some also!)

...Cost includes: Yacht Charter for Arrival and 7 Days of Sailing, 1 Night in Hotel after Sail Trip, Provisioning on Yacht

COST DOESN'T INCLUDE: Airfare to Tortola (Make your own arrangements once I confirm you), Dining on Islands, Liquid Provisioning on Yacht (Water, Beer, Wine, Champagne, etc.), Incidentals, Extra-Curricular Activities (Fishing, Scuba Diving, etc.), Mooring Balls ($30-$60/night split between travelers), Tips, Cab Rides, Rum, etc...etc...etc...

Typically, before we leave we will fill up with bottled water and other beverages, and just split the costs on that.  Also, if/when we pick up a mooring ball as opposed to anchoring, we'll just split the costs on that as well.

Typical Day's Events:

Wake up

Breakfast

Sail to Island (2-4 hour RELAXING sail)

Anchor

Explore New Island

Lunch

Drinks/Fun

Plan Next Day's Course of Sail

Dinner/Drinks/Etc...

The course of the day will vary, but will be pretty much like you're living a Jimmy Buffett song!

OTHER DETAILS:

1.  This initial tour is highly discounted, so there will be NO REFUNDS if you sign up but can't make it, so don't get sick, or get some kind of insurance in case you have to cancel.  If you're not there, we still have to pay for the yacht...you CAN substitute someone else if someone's ready to go, so I WILL accept a handful of "extras" in case someone has an emergency, but don't count on it!

2.  You WILL need a passport.

3.  Going to the U.S. Virgin Islands is a possibility, but NOT guaranteed.

4.  You WILL be crew on board.  While it's not "intense labor" by any means, we'll need everyone on board to pitch in...but don't worry, it's FUN!  I do recommend that you pick up a pair of sailing gloves to keep your hands free from rope burns.

5.  If you're privy to bitching & moaning...DON'T SIGN UP.  This will be a POSITIVE atmosphere and sometimes there are glitches...if you're the glitch, you will be marooned just like blackbeard marooned his troops!  My #1 RULE will be HAVE FUN! We'll be on "Island Time" and enjoying it!

6.  Oh, You can also sing "Happy Birthday" to my wife :0)  Tracy's birthday is on November 5th!

COMMON QUESTIONS:

1.  Will my cell phone work - Probably, but it'll be expensive $2-3/minute I believe.  I recommend renting a phone there.  The cost is a lot cheaper and you can call home with a phone number that's like 30 cents a minute or so. (When we're close to the USVI, sometimes you can pick up the US rates on your normal cell phone, but don't count on it.)

2.  What if I can't swim?  It doesn't matter...while I'd prefer that you be able to swim, we'll have lifejackets, and will take the dingy to shore.

3.  What else do I need to know??  I'll be sending a list of what to pack, how to pack, etc..etc...to those that join us.

No Hard Sell (I'm lazy and shouldn't have to sell at that price..)

If you've got any questions, email me at jason@streetcopmillionaire.com

First Come, First Served...till we're out of cabins...

Anyone else will go on a list....

TO SIGN UP, DO THE FOLLOWING:

1.  Email me at jason@streetcopmillionaire.com with a subject line of BVI and let me know that "you're in".  Provide your contact info as I'll have to call you and get payment info for the charter.

2.  Once I get payment info and confirm everything up, I'll call and let you know that you've been charged and you're in, and then you can book your flight.

3.  Once you've booked your flight, send me all that info.  I'll be sending those going a list of what to bring/wear/expect/etc...

Look forward to seeing you in paradise!!

Jason

P.S.  Once we get everyone confirmed we'll lock in the reservation...if we miss out on the BIG DADDY YACHT, we'll get a different one and the cost will go down a bit, but we WANT this one!
